1. No Refunds After Download
Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This ensures the integrity and value of our work.
2. EU Customers – Cooling-Off Period
If you are purchasing from the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period by law. However, by choosing to download or access our products immediately after purchase, you waive this right.
- At checkout, you confirm that you agree to waive the cooling-off period in order to receive instant access to your digital product.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee – Store Credit Option
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the sound or style of your kit, you may request store credit within 7 days of your original purchase. please contact us at info@underdogs.ooo or @underdogs.ooo
- Store credit will be issued for the full purchase price and can be applied toward any future order.
- This option is limited to one use per customer, per product.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem (e.g., corrupted file, incomplete download), please contact us at info@underdogs.ooo or @underdogs.ooo
- We will make every effort to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue either a replacement file or a refund.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us immediately. We will issue store credit or refund the duplicate order.
